Q. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
Ans. No, you do not need to sign up to place an order. you can check-out as a guest.

Q. How can I track my online order?
Ans. We will send you an email with an order tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Q. Can I redeem my physical janki india” gift card online?
Ans. You can redeem your physical janki india” gift card for purchases on our online store. pls note that it will not be valid at any offline store as of now.

Shipping & Delivery
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
Ans. For domestic orders we accept major credit or debit cards, net banking, upi & wallets.
For international orders you can choose to pay with major credit cards.

Q. Do you offer cash on delivery for orders placed online?
Ans. Cash on delivery service is available at the moment. for more information, pls contact customer care.

Q. What is your shipping policy?
Ans. Please see our Shipping Policy.

Q, If I have placed two separate orders, can you combine the orders and offer me reduced shipping?
Ans. Unfortunately, once your orders are placed, we cannot combine multiple orders due to regulatory and compliance issues. shipping will be applicable on every new order (if it does not fall under the free shipping criteria).

Q. Can i change the shipping address of the order?
Ans. You cannot change the shipping address for orders that are placed. please verify & confirm all details before completing an order.

Q. I am based out of india and I want to place an order for a delivery abroad. Is it possible?
Ans. Yes, we ship worldwide. do note, international taxes and duties will need to be paid directly by the recipient to the shipping partner on delivery of the order.

Q. Can I book an order for delivery to more than one address?
Ans. No. you will need to place separate orders for different shipping addresses.

Returns & Exchanges
Q. What is your return & exchange policy?

Q. Can I exchange/ return products bought online in the janki india” (multi brand) stores?
Ans. Products purchased on our online store cannot be returned or exchanged at any janki india (multi brand) stores.

Q. Do you offer reverse pick?
Ans. No, we do not offer reverse order pick-up. Any return is to be shipped by you on your own responsibility. Please share courier name and tracking number with us once you have dispatched the product in order to confirm receipt at our end.
We do not accept returns on international orders. Please contact our Customer Care for further assistance.

Ans. No, customers are requested to check the size chart before adding any product to their cart.
