Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

- Refunds and exchanges accepted for domestic orders within 7 days of delivery.
- Orders must be unused, tagged, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Customized orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

- Exchange requests for different size/color (subject to availability).
- International orders aren't eligible for refunds and exchanges; kindly WhatsApp us on +91 9315010474 for assistance.

Domestic & International Orders:

Returns & Exchanges are accepted only under specific circumstances:

  • Wrongful delivery: If the product received doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation.
  • Quality/Manufacturing Defect: In case of a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.

In such instances, we will review the situation and re-fulfill your order with the same or similar product within a specific time frame (see Customer Care below).

Given the unique nature of our products, we reserve the discretion to provide a resolution as we deem appropriate. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case-by-case basis, and we encourage you to contact our Customer Care for prompt assistance.

Unfortunately, Returns & Exchanges are not permitted under any other circumstances. Customers are advised to thoroughly review their orders, including colors, sizes, and quantities, before placing them.

No refunds will be provided in the following cases:

  • Wrong or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
  • 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency.
  • Package refused by the recipient.

Products purchased online cannot be exchanged or returned in-store.

Purchases made during sales/discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.

Before accepting delivery, please ensure that the merchandise is in good condition and hasn’t been tampered with. If you receive a package, you believe was damaged in transit, retain the original packaging (including price tags, invoices, labels, etc.) until our insurance adjuster visits to survey the damage.

Additionally, please note any details about the damaged merchandise on the delivery receipt instead of signing it as 'received'.

Exchange Process

For Damage/quality issues, please provide order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the defective item along with the packaging it was received in.
In case of garment size exchange, please additionally mention purchased size, the problem faced with the size and the new size requirement.
Our customer care team will investigate and revert within 2 working days. Upon receipt of communication from our customer care team, please follow the below steps:

Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, bags, boxes, hangers and/or any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase.
We will organize a reverse pick up, at no additional charges, from the address stated in your invoice.
In case of size exchange of garments:
Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, bags, boxes, hangers and/or any other inclusions sold as a part of product. In the rare occurrence that a replacement piece is not available, a Credit note will be issued for the full amount for the damaged product.
Our credit notes can be used on our website only.
In case of size exchange of garments:
Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, bags, boxes, hangers and/or any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase.
Please send the product back to us at the below address, carefully packaged. The customer to bear all costs associated with return of the product, in this case JANKI INDIA" upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, it will be subject to a quality inspection. If it passes the inspection and once we have received payment for shipping charges of the new piece, a fresh piece will be dispatched to reach you within standard shipping timelines.

In the rare occurrence that a replacement piece is not available, a Credit note will be issued for the amount.
Our credit notes can be used on our website only.
We offer size exchange only for the same style of clothing purchased.
We are unable to entertain requests to replace garments with a different style even if the price is the same.
Please note that size exchanges will not be applicable for purchases made during a sale/discount period or on customized orders.

To return or exchange a wrongfully delivered product or report a genuine quality/manufacturing defect: Contact our Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery.
